Nature meets contemporary in this beautiful coastal house designed by Geoff Chick & Associates, situated in Draper Lake Coastal Village, a 40-acre private community in the Florida Panhandle. Draper Lake Coastal Village is a gated non-rental community designed by the famed New Urbanist Planners, DPZ. The village embraces a coastal spin on Adirondack architecture and the rare coastal dune lake enclave while providing intimate spaces for residents.
While the neighborhood boasts beautiful trees, the interior of this home takes a contemporary twist, and the project team had a blast bringing these two worlds together. The design of this dwelling can be described as clean, simple, modern, and coastal. A modern style meets the coastal woods — nestled between the trees.
