These areas connect to inviting outdoor-living spaces, featuring cozy seating arrangements and a seamless transition between the indoors and outdoors. Adjacent to the entryway, a conveniently placed home office awaits, accompanied by a powder room.

In all, this home boasts 3,057 square feet of living space, including a 648-square-foot garage. There are also four bedrooms, six bathrooms a subterranean living, a home office, a game room, a media room, a roof deck, and a cabana.

The second floor is dedicated to the private areas of the home, providing a retreat-like atmosphere. The owner’s wing encompasses a spacious bedroom, a well-appointed bathroom, and a generously sized walk-in closet. 

The owner’s wing also features an ocean-facing private deck, boasting breathtaking views. On the opposing wing of the home, there are two additional private bedrooms, each with its own closet and bathroom.

The top floor features two expansive viewing decks, offering stunning vistas on either side of the home. These decks are enhanced by a cabana and an inviting outdoor fireplace, creating a wonderful setting for entertaining guests or simply enjoying the beauty of the surroundings.

This home has a fourth level—the subterranean living space. Designed to accommodate the needs of a growing family, this level comprises a game room and a media room. It serves as the perfect space for creating lasting memories and enjoying quality time together.

What We Love: This coastal modern house offers warm and inviting interiors with a strong indoor-outdoor connection. We are loving how this home is spread out over four levels to separate the living zones for privacy and comfort. Our favorite design feature is the rooftop deck, perfect for entertaining with its outdoor fireplace, alfresco dining area, and outdoor kitchen… along with mesmerizing views of the Pacific Ocean.
