This surfer-chic pad was designed by Canadian studio Mckinley Burkart Architects, located in the cosmopolitan city of Calgary, Alberta. The luxury condo is located in a structure of an abandoned fish packing plant. The architects preserved this building and transformed it into a mixed-use, multi-family complex.

The structure itself backs onto a waterfront dock, offering scenic views of a peaceful lake setting. Designed in a beach style aesthetic, the design team created a very laid-back and comfortable home. Material elements includes heavy time and stone throughout the condo.

Aside from the luxury condo units in this building, the complex also offers additional amenities to its tenants. Highlights include: an oyster bar, spa and a coffee shop amongst tourism offices and other retail shops.
