Dubbed “Castle in the Sky” is sprawling home is the perfect retreat for the outdoor adventurer who enjoys spending time hitting the slopes in the winter and loads of hiking and biking trails in the summer.
This is the perfect home for entertaining family and guests, not only are there three guest suites, but there is also a fantasy-inspired two-story bunk room hosting twelve very unique beds…scroll down through the pictures to see what we are talking about! The residence is illuminated with natural light thanks to plenty of windows to capture the surrounding, rugged views that are nothing short of breathtaking.
What We Love: This contemporary mountain getaway is breathtaking both inside and out, from the beautiful stone-clad exterior facade to the elegantly designed living spaces. The bunk room is one of our favorites, there is a lot of thought and imagination that went into designing the space… and the fire pole would be a lot of fun to slide down!

Above: A two-story bunk room is the ultimate highlight to this sleekly designed home. A very uniquely design space, access to the second level is via a spiral staircase and from the top level, you have the choice to go back down the stairs or slide down a fire pole. There are plenty of sleeping spaces in this room for guests of all ages.
Above: The bunk room design was inspired by the homeowner’s love of his roots, London, England. There are twelve bunks in total and each of them represents something characteristic of this fascinating, cosmopolitan city. In the image above, you will notice that one of the sleeping spaces is a double decker bus.
Above: One of the uniquely designed sleeping spots is an ionic phone booth. Wall murals helps to complete the visionary look, helping to transport you to the iconic city of London.
Above: A spiral staircase or a fire pole will allow you access back down to the main floor bunk room, while an open bridge will take you across the upper floor space to additional sleeping areas.
Above: This wonderful outdoor space encompasses a cozy wood-burning fireplace so that residents can use this patio area throughout the year. A custom designed hot tub offers a great place to relax after a long, cold day on the slopes… not to mention a fabulous view!
