Featuring rich crown moldings, sun-drenched white oak flooring, intricate millwork detailing, and an ethereal palette of soft grays and warm natural woods, this space sets the precedent for the rest of the home’s remarkable interior. Complementing the traditional elements of the kitchen with a dramatic honed Marble island and splash, this residence was designed to age gracefully in place.
Capturing the dappled light from the historic trees lining the street, the home warmly welcomes natural light. Complimenting the interior with soft coastal touches, this dwelling features seagrass corded fixtures, while shiplap walls and an extensive library showcase the homeowner’s coveted collection of curated books and decor.
Featuring an open-concept layout and a custom linen-paneled movie room, this home encourages social connection, enabling the homeowners to entertain with ease.
Celebrating the simplicity of a classically coastal interior, this home pays tribute to the timeless beauty of the surrounding sandy rock and surf of beautiful Southern Vancouver Island.

Overall, we are loving this home’s coastal palette of warm natural woods and creamy whites with unlacquered brass finishes and traditional millwork detailing that’s inspired by the surrounding seascape.
