Perched atop a hill, it offers breathtaking countryside vistas, encompassing more than 13,000 square feet across its expansive three floors.

Above the two-story sports court is a spacious four-car garage. From spring to early fall, the pool house serves as a delightful family entertainment hub. These structures exhibit rich textures through a blend of materials, including James Hardie siding painted in Benjamin Moore’s Pale Oak, authentic hand-hewn Cedar beams, columns, corbels, and garage doors in a custom stain color, Ashlar stone stain quarried from Montana, bronze Marvin windows and a combination of black metal roofing and shingles.
