Coastal Signature Homes is responsible for the design of this stunning low country cottage home located in Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina. This newly developed home featured beautiful architectural details and plenty of thought as to the best uses for space and comfort.

Above: The front entry of this dwelling boasts a beautiful mahogany door, antique reclaimed pine floor, washed butt board walls along with an exquisite Oyster Shell light fixture.

Additional highlights include the glass front cabinets, marble countertops, and woven tile backsplash.

What We Love: This low country cottage home offers a wonderful atmosphere for living and entertaining. A beautiful exterior facade invites guests into this casual and comfortable abode where comfortable living spaces await. There is plenty of space for overnight guests, including a guest suite over the garage, maximizing living space. We are loving the outdoor garden and potting shed, perfect for farm-to-table living.
