The exterior of the home incorporates traditional elements from the east coast with white siding and brick along with trim and crown moulding accents throughout.
The interiors are decorated with soft white and coastal blue hues by designer DJP Interiors. The dwelling features over 4,300 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space with four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, and a three-car garage. The dwelling has modern elements incorporated into its design as well, with the custom metal trellis at the front, large open concept, and large sliding glass door systems throughout.
What We Love: This transitional-inspired home has it all, gorgeous curb appeal, an inviting courtyard, and a rooftop deck that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. We are loving the wonderful indoor-outdoor flow between the courtyard and the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The main bedroom suite provides a heavenly retreat at the end of a long day with its serene color palette and spa-like bathroom.
