MossCreek Home Designs is responsible for the creation of this beautiful Adirondack style lodge nestled on the water’s edge of Lake Sunapee, New Hampshire. Set just one mile from Mt Sunapee Ski and Snowboard Resort, this spectacular dwelling boasts conventional and timber frame construction.
The exquisite use of exterior materials includes poplar bark, antique log siding with dovetail corners, hand-cut timber frame, barn board siding, and local river stone piers and foundation. On the interior of this gorgeous log house, you will find reclaimed barn wood walls, floors, and ceilings.
Encompassing 6,321 square feet of living space, there are five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms throughout the three levels of the home, with a primary suite on the main level.
What We Love: This gorgeous Adirondack style lodge offers its inhabitants a warm and welcoming escape for ski holidays. Every detail in this home has been thoughtfully crafted, from the exterior facade to the cozy and inviting living spaces. A beautifully designed lower-level caters to entertaining with a game room, home bar, and additional bedrooms for overnight guests. We are especially loving the great room with its soaring ceilings, exquisite stone fireplace, and expansive windows.

There are several exterior porches that encircle the lodge enabling guests to enjoy every aspect of the warmly wooded atmosphere.
The massive stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows take center stage in the grand cathedral great room at the heart of the lodge.
This welcoming dwelling features several products from Appalachian Antique Hardwoods. The exterior facade has poplar bark siding and ivy twig accents in the gables, reclaimed rusted metal roofing, and antique timber veneers. Inside one finds antique beams and timbers throughout, mushroom board siding on the walls, handcrafted ivy twig stair railings, and beautiful mantels crafted of antique veneers. All of these elements work together to offer the perfect gathering place for family and friends.
