Mosaic Architects & Interiors in collaboration with Duet Design Group has designed this impressive mountain home boasting incredible structural prowess balanced with modern touches, located in Gunnison County, Colorado. Taking a year to complete, the interior decor of this home reflects a mix of mountain modern and transitional.
Despite the size and scale of their space, the owners requested that their home portray an overall feeling of inviting warmth, with comfortable furnishings and a refined yet relaxed style. There is a mix of stone, wood, and metal throughout the houseโs fixed finishes with furniture pieces that elevate the โrusticโ feel with an elegant undertone.

What We Love: This impressive mountain home showcases gorgeous details from the soaring ceilings to the expansive windows that frame wonderous views. The use of wood on the floors and ceiling infuses warmth into the modern interiors, creating an overall feeling of comfort. We are especially loving the beautiful great room, with its floor-to-ceiling fireplace and sophisticated styling.
