This dreamy home encompasses 5,075 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and five bathrooms. South orientation on the site maximizes natural sunlight along with spectacular views of Colorado’s rugged mountainscape, viewed from practically every window. Sophisticated design details, exquisite finishes, and a spectacular setting combine to create an exceptional property.
There was no expense spared in the design of this dwelling. An exterior palette includes Kansas Limestone, stucco, steel, and porcelain decking. Interior finishes include Kansas Limestone, European cut oak floors, exposed steel, Italian marble, Pental quartz, Gaggenau kitchen appliances, custom tile, Hansgrohe bathroom faucets. There is also in-floor radiant heating with eight separate zones, a high-velocity Unico AC system, and solar.
