Having a home office can be a fantastic alternative to going to a place of work every day, but it does not need to be boring. Making a creative home office bursting with personality will help to inspire creativity and make you more productive. If you are spending most of your workday at home, it is important to create a space that will be comfortable and enjoyable to work.
Your office space can be a full renovation in your home, but it can also be a creative addition anywhere. This can include a hallway, under your stairs, in a closet, in your living room, kitchen, bedroom, laundry room or in a spare bedroom. If you really have no additional space, just use your dining table! The idea is to get creative, but be sure you have a comfortable chair, this is key to being productive.

1. A shabby-chic home office is a shared creative space for both kids and adults alike. This creative space is decorated with favorite decor items including vintage collectibles and furniture, artwork and craft projects.
