Above: The stucco color is SW 7035 Aesthetic White, was done with a light trowel texture.
Above: In the living room, the fireplace stone material is a Gray Lueders stone, saw cut and very tight mortar joint. Coffee table is from Nadeau in San Antonio. The wall color is SW 7015 Repose Gray – Sherwin Williams, flat paint. Dimensions for this space is 30’x22′ for the great room and dining.
Above: Suspended above the dining table, the ropes were purchased from RH and the two fixtures were custom made and painted.
Above: Kitchen island material is quartzite and the color is called Florida. Perimeter countertops are black pearl with leather finish. Counter stools are from Restoration Hardware. Island paint color is Gravel Gray by Benjamin Moore. Perimeter cabinets are painted in Sherwin Williams – SW 7005 Pure White.
Cabinet hardware is Emtek Urban Mod Hex Pull in Satin Brass for the uppers and lowers. Pendant lights above the island are from Rejuvenation and were custom painted to match dining fixtures. Dimensions are 24’x15′. The island is 9′ x 5′ and is 3″ thick from side view. Flooring is Affinity by Provenza and the color is Couture.
Above: Backsplash material is purchased from Prosource and its a 2 1/2″ x 9 1/2″ Lanuda Bay Shinju, Color – Moonstone, double herringbone pattern. Grout is Custom #543 Driftwood

Above: In the master bathroom, the tub is a Signature Hardware Brayden Bateau 67″ Cast Iron Tub. Cabinets are painted in Benjamin Moore Black Ink. Countertops are marble with a drop mitered edge.
