Modern Bozeman hideaway with stunning farmhouse accents

modern-farmhouse-home-exterior

This gorgeous modern home with farmhouse accents is designed by Studio H Design, boasting breathtaking views of Mount Ellis in Bozeman, Montana. This is the family home of the builder of this project, Lohss Construction, who happens to also be an avid outdoorsman. His love of the outdoors inspired the recreational feature in this home, a climbing wall that fills the dramatic three-story stairwell.

For the color scheme of the wall holds, they were selected based on the palette used throughout the rest of the interiors: blue, silver and black. The homeowners opted for recycled and upcycled materials, which accounts for 90-percent of this home. A contemporary farmhouse material palette includes: reclaimed wood on the ceiling, a pizza oven wall composed of salvaged brick from a Milwaukee creamery and an entryway of old Chinese stone pavers.

What We Love: Overall this home offers an inviting exterior facade surrounded by magnificent panoramic mountain views. On the interiors we are just loving the warm and contemporary feel with farmhouse accents. The interior climbing wall really adds to the outdoor connection of this stylish dwelling… and how fun would that be to have a climbing wall in your home?!
