This traditional style lake house was created by design-build firm Lands End Development, nestled along Leech Lake, a beautiful lake in Northern Minnesota. The third largest lake in the state, you may not find the name of the lake appealing, but this sure does make an idyllic location to dwell! The smaller cabin, which can be seen on the far right of the image above, was added onto the main house. Have a look at the end of this post for the image of the original cabin on this property before the addition. It now serves as an attached guest cottage for family and friends!

The stains used on the exterior of this home were custom made from the local Hirshfield’s. The door was custom made from Great Northern Door Company in Savage, Minnesota.

What We Love: This fabulous lake house captures lakeside views throughout its inviting living spaces. Comfortable and inviting furnishings elicits you to relax and soak in the mesmerizing views. A wonderful outdoor fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs encourages family fun after a day of playing on the lake. We are especially loving the guest cabin, with it’s cozy atmosphere, who would ever want to leave?
