This gorgeous contemporary home was designed by custom home builders Parker House Inc., located in River Oaks, a residential community in the heart of Houston, Texas. Inside this exquisite home, you will notice that every step of the design process is impeccable, from the materials to the furnishings and finishes. From exterior to interior, it is simple, elegant and chic yet ultra-inviting at the same time.
The ceiling and walls of this lovely home features a smooth venetian plaster finish with gray tones, done by Segreto Finishes in Houston. The flooring is Reclaimed Oak with a clear finish. The sanding and finishing was completed on site. The planks measure roughly 7″ in width. They were custom ordered from Houston-based AR Floor Designs.
What We Love: This stunning home manages to be classic, rustic and chic all at once, while also exuding the feeling of comfort. Loving the grayish Venetian plaster throughout the interiors. We are especially loving the kitchen with its industrial light fixtures, stainless steel island, open shelving and rustic cabinetry. Plenty of eye candy—and to cook in this space would be a chef’s dream! The homeowners who get to live in this fabulous abode are very lucky, it has some major WOW factor!
