Oh my, this is ridiculously wonderful. That view! Alas, I just checked & it did sell in late January. Looks like they even got a bidding war because it closed for 375k more than they were asking. Just as well I was late to see this & missed out though because, although it’s a phenomenal house, I just can’t for the life of me figure out how you’d get your friends up there unless they were mountaineers or helicopter pilots. No direct access from Sunset Plaza, so it seems like you may have to hold your stomach in & squinch… Read more »

strikes me as being a bit sterile but the city views are wonderful. it would be nice to go to bed and able to look out at that city view as you go to sleep.
