House in Ancón is a stunning private residence that has been designed by Adrián Noboa Arquitecto, located hillside in Malecon Las Colinas, Ancón, Peru. This contemporary project encompasses a renovation and addition with a total living space of 8,019 square feet (745 square meters). The home features smooth transitions between interior and exteriors spaces, inviting the homeowners to enjoy easy living. The objective was to open the house up to the views of the bay and to allow natural light to penetrate through the interior spaces. Panoramic views are offered at the social level, while on the bedroom level, views have been directed towards various points of the bay. Natural material selections were chosen so as not to interfere with existing materials. The extension of the home allowed the homeowners new social and leisure spaces for various activities during the weekends. The addition also allowed for a new terrace on the bedroom level and to develop a generous sized swimming pool and outdoor terrace. There was a third and fourth level were created for complementary technical services.
