Most expensive apartment in New York!

Located in New York’s historic Tribeca neighborhood on top of the famed Skylofts building at 145 Hudson Street, this is the Penthouse everyone has been waiting for. With museum quality, high performance, insulated glass designed by James Carpenter, this exceptional glass box has almost 7,500 feet of interior and over 4,500 feet of wrap around terrace. The envelope of this incredible Penthouse was designed to provide maximum exposure in order to bring the spectacular panoramas of downtown New York inside. The views and Roger and Marvel designed finishes are equally exquisite with interior spaces designed to float much like the exterior. The living room, with its soaring 18 foot ceilings and hearth (one of three working fireplaces) housed within a wall of warm-toned, plain-sawn cherry, is both peaceful and exciting.

An elliptical staircase of steel and glass connects the public spaces and vast terraces to the very private bedroom suites above. Hand troweled plaster walls, white lacquer cabinets and bluestone counters in the kitchen, Lutron light and shade systems, museum quality polished concrete floors in much of the public spaces with areas of teak floors inside meshing with teak decking on the terraces – these are the kinds of details that overwhelm the senses in this one-of-a-kind property. Oversized glass doors (which seem like moving walls) open from several rooms to the terrace, bringing the outside in and making the transition between indoors and outdoors seamless. The terrace is impeccably planned with an outdoor kitchen located on the south terrace, a wonderful outdoor hot tub and shower at the northwest terrace, and a pretty wood decked dining area to the east off the kitchen and dining room.

Beautiful and historical parapets provide privacy and elegance without interrupting the cinematic city and Hudson River views. There are three guest bedrooms all with en suite baths and beautiful exposures. A master bedroom with views north to city lights and an amazing river vista, endless closets and a clear onyx bath with steam shower, Jacuzzi and sauna completes perfection. Located in a full service building; this penthouse comes with a private parking spot in the building. The home is being offered at $45 million here.

round rock apartments

Relocating can be an opportunity to start fresh. However, it’s tough to start from scratch when you are moving to your brand new apartment or home with boxes that are stuffed with possessions that you simply no longer will need, use or really want. As soon as you’ve weeded out the things that aren’t going to your future residence, having some sort of garage sale is a fantastic way to send your current junk out the door.
