Blair Burton Interiors in collaboration with Eppright Homes has designed this gorgeous Texas Hill Country ranch house. Nestled in a unique horse-ranch development just minutes away from the bustling city of Austin. This project brought a delightful challenge: providing for an everyday family experience with nods at a ranch getaway — all within a clean-lined modern design.
The design team used wood beams, open floor plans, steel doors, and an abundance of natural marbles and stones to produce a light and airy, clean, and relaxing living environment. Continue below to see the rest of this inviting home tour and the floor plans!

What We Love: This Texas Hill Country home boasts a beautiful exterior facade that invites you up to the front door. Stone walls are used to create a private courtyard garden. A welcoming fireplace is a perfect spot to gather with family and friends and enjoy the warmth of the fire during cool evenings. We are especially loving the kitchen island with its built-in seating, an idyllic layout for hanging out, and good conversation. Overall, a warm and cozy home.
