Jennifer Allison Design, together with Builder Boy, has reimagined this colorful beach house retreat situated in sunny Southern California. The homeowners desired a change in their home’s aesthetic.
This complete facelift includes exterior paint, new windows, a custom concrete driveway, a porch, and a paver patio. The end result is a cool California beach house full of light and places to gather. Continue below to see more of this incredible house transformation…

Above: The homeowners wanted to have a porch that was inviting, not only to enjoy as a family but also to have gatherings. The design of it is open and easy to access. A stone fire pit takes advantage of the idyllic year-round weather while providing a place for cover during chilly nights or when they just want to gather around a fire to catch up.

What We Love: This beach house getaway offers a soothing, inviting home for family living and entertaining. A fantastic indoor-outdoor connection has been achieved throughout, bringing quintessential California living to this home.
