beach-house-style-exterior

Jennifer Allison Design, together with Builder Boy, has reimagined this colorful beach house retreat situated in sunny Southern California. The homeowners desired a change in their home’s aesthetic.

This complete facelift includes exterior paint, new windows, a custom concrete driveway, a porch, and a paver patio. The end result is a cool California beach house full of light and places to gather. Continue below to see more of this incredible house transformation…

beach-house-style-porch

Above: The homeowners wanted to have a porch that was inviting, not only to enjoy as a family but also to have gatherings.  The design of it is open and easy to access.  A stone fire pit takes advantage of the idyllic year-round weather while providing a place for cover during chilly nights or when they just want to gather around a fire to catch up.

Beautiful home. Only thing I think was a miss is that they should have taken the kitchen backsplash to the ceiling behind the hood. Looks a bit chintzy. Other than that, it is gorgeous.

Gorgeous! That greeny aqua is my favorite color so I love pretty much everything about this house. So beachy and very livable both inside and out. Don’t think I’d ever want to leave once I got there. Nice job, everyone! 🌺😀👍😀🌺

LOVE this entire color collection. Anyone know where to source the seat cushion fabric from the kitchen nook?
