Down the steps from the home and its front patio, and a short jaunt down the street, lies the private, members-only ski lodge. It welcomes skiers during half the year and transforms into a hub for zip-lining and mountain biking the other half.

Stepping inside this home through a glass entryway you are greeted by a beautiful herringbone brick flooring. On the left, the great room boasts a towering brick fireplace, while on the right – a spacious kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining room feature a wall of glazing that frames views of Martis Valley.

The interior scheme of this dwelling is both beautiful and serene, a touch that Kim Anderson Interior Design is renowned for.

What We Love: This mountain-style farmhouse offers its inhabitants a warm and welcoming living environment for lounging and entertaining. We love the indoor/outdoor options for hanging out, from the game/media room to the fireside sitting area and the back patio with sweeping views over beautiful Martis Valley. A cozy bunk room provides plenty of space for the kids to play games and have fun sleepovers. Overall, this home provides a wonderful four-season respite in the picturesque Martis Camp.

Just left of the great room, you will find a home office and the owner’s bedroom suite with a deep soaking tub, forest views, a brick fireplace, and a private deck with views of the Carson Range and Martis Valley.
