Brianna Michelle Interior Design has beautifully reimagined this modern Mediterranean-style lakefront home, located in Windermere, Florida. The renovation began with a focus on opening up the entire floor plan. From there, the designer also added square footage throughout. Her goal was to modernize the previous elements and bring in a clean, fresh look to the entire home.

Above: The exterior facade is painted in Sherwin Williams SW7567 Natural Tan.
Above: In the kitchen, the hood is Copper. The hood was designed by the interior designer and manufactured by a local tradesman. The wood species of the custom cabinetry is Cherry. The cabinets are factory-finished with a catalyzed conversion varnish in a medium sheen that is water-based. The countertop is a Danby Marble and the floors are a 16″ x 24″ travertine.
What We Love: This modern Mediterranean home provides its inhabitants with an updated living environment that is warm and welcoming. There are so many elements that we love in this home, from the gorgeous kitchen with its custom copper hood and exquisite light fixture over the island to the fabulous outdoor living spaces that are perfect for entertaining family and friends. Overall an exceptional remodel project that effortlessly marries style with functionality.
