With everything from a full-featured bar room, recreation room, custom wine room, three terraces with a fire pit and hot tub, and a separate guest house of 1,150 square feet, this home really shines when entertaining guests. With warm, natural wood and stone finishes, this home sits beautifully in its natural surroundings.

What WE Love: This mountain contemporary retreat offers complete privacy tucked into a forest of pine trees in the Sierra Nevadas. Large windows capture the most unforgettable views over the rugged mountains of Northern California. We are especially loving the living room with its soaring ceilings and bi-folding doors that extends this space out to an expansive patio. Overall, we think this would be a spectacular getaway to enjoy the great outdoors through all four seasons.

Inside, the dwelling resembles a sophisticated speakeasy, where deep color tones are accented by natural stone and highlighted with bright metallic fixtures. Special decorative pieces and custom design elements, such as the shades of green and custom brass accent pieces, incorporate the family’s Irish roots into their new home.
The home features countless amenities, including a basement game room complete with a large glass wine display case, media center with comfy seating, an air hockey table, gym with steam room and sauna, as well as a guest suite complete with a kids’ bunk room.
