Connect Homes in collaboration with Meredith Rebolledo Interior Design has created this minimalist prefab home located in Sonoma Valley, California. The 1,600 square foot dwelling was constructed by a daughter for her aging mother on her beautiful estate. On the interior, a peaceful and intimate atmosphere with open concept living and large windows capturing magnificent views.
This prefab home is called “Connect 5”, featuring Western red cedar siding and sliding floor-to-ceiling windows inviting nature inside. The design both reflects and sharply contrasts with its surrounding environment. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with an additional bedroom converted into a family room.
What We Love: This minimalist prefab home offers light-filled living spaces that are comfortable and inviting. Expansive walls of glazing frame breathtaking views over the California landscape, promoting inner peace and relaxation. Indoor/outdoor living is encouraged in this home, with a large deck that is idyllic for enjoying an early morning sunrise and evening sunsets.

Vintage and new pieces mixed in with contemporary art, from Ma(i)sonry Napa Valley and Aerena Galleries & Gardens, alongside the owner’s existing pieces work well in the open floor plan with breathtaking views.
The minimalist kitchen and generous living area look out over the hills of Sonoma, maximizing the view and natural light. The home’s rich bamboo flooring and recycled glass countertops are both sustainable and inviting.
A spacious main bedroom with double closets and an en-suite bathroom sits adjacent to two additional bedrooms.
