Above: This fantastic walk-in pantry comes complete with a rolling ladder. The dimension are 7’6” x 10’.
Above: The kitchen pantry door is custom made from a local mill. Wood slab with the applied moldings were used to create the design. The door is painted in a wide brush, heavy glaze over the natural color of the wood.

Above: The kitchen island top is an unpolished absolute black granite. You should be able to collect a slab from a local supplier in your area.
Above: The island measures 9’ long and 6’ deep.
Above: The flooring in the bedroom is 8” knotty pine wood planks with a very lightly tinted clear coat. Pine is a softer wood so expect some wear and tear if you use it.
Above: Downstairs you will find an inviting finished basement with a built-in banquette for casual dining. There is also a spacious home theater for watching your favorite movies with family and friends.
