The Asheville model home was designed by Arthur Rutenberg Homes, located in the impressive community of Acadia, in Piedmont, South Carolina. This exquisite two-story residence features 4,083 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. From the moment you walk through the front door into the grand two-story foyer you are immediately enveloped with a welcoming atmosphere. An open and spacious floor plan blends luxury with the warmth and comfort of everyday living.

Above: The windows on this home are manufactured by Jeldwen Windows and Doors. They are Brickmould vinyl single hung windows in Chestnut Bronze Evertone finish on the exterior and white on the interior. The exterior facade stone is Coronado French Country Villa, color is Verona; the brick is Triangle Brick, color is Cape Fear.

An upstairs Media Room features a built-in wet bar, surround sound, and plenty of wall space for the biggest of flat screen or projection televisions. Down the hall is a game room, offering ping pong, billiards, darts and plenty of other activities to keep the kids entertained.

Above: The tile is made by Dal Tile. It is Brancacci tile in the Aria Ivory color. The sizes in the shower are a combination of 9″x12″ and 6″x6″ tiles.
