This stunning ultra-modern home was designed by Brandon Architects in collaboration with Patterson Custom Homes, located in Newport Beach, California. A two-story dwelling features extensive glass, bringing in natural light and opening the interiors to the views surrounding the property. Interior design studio Ultra-Mod Home Concepts also worked on this project, creating an environment that is modern yet with a feeling of warmth.

The objective was for the homeowners to feel cozy in their modern living spaces. The interiors are edgy with a modern sophistication. The designers focused on selecting a theme in the material elements, wall finishes, furnishings and window treatments throughout. The indoor-outdoor living spaces were maximized, with this same material scheme repeated on the exterior spaces.

The overall aesthetic of the exterior facade features incredible curb appeal, inviting you to want to come on inside and see more of what this home has to offer. Loving the cantilevered entryway that is repeated in larger detail from the first level to the second level. Notice how the light fixture has been suspended through a center opening? The overall style and mix of materials on the facade is simply magnificent.
