This modern-industrial dwelling was designed for a family of four byย Neuman Hayner Architects, located in Tel Aviv, Israel. Encompassingย 4,090 square feet (380 square meters) of living space, the interiors is spread out over three levels. From the exterior facade, you are presented with two cubes that have been separated by a passageway, creating an L-shaped structure.
The front of the cube features a double volume, consisting of the public zones: entryway, living and dining room and a kitchen on the lower level and a study on the mezzanine level. The passageway consists of an outdoor patio space located in the center of the dwelling, dividing the public zone from the private zone.
The rear cube, which plays host to the private zones, spans three levels. The ground level features a living room, two children’s bedrooms, a laundry room and a guest bathroom. The second level features the master bedroom suite with a bridge passageway that connects to the library at the front of the home.
A basement level has excellent ventilation and natural light thanks to an expansive outdoor patio. The level encompasses a guest bedroom, safe room and a storage room.ย The dwelling features several hanging objects, such as swings, suspended outdoor lounge chairs and a hanging bed in one of the children’s rooms.
What We Love: This fabulous modern-industrial dwelling has a great indoor-outdoor connection and spacious feel with its voluminous design. We love how the architects have separated the public zones from the private zones to create comfortable living spaces for family living. We have featured another home tour from the same architects, have a look:ย A gorgeous Mediterranean dwelling.
