Veritas Fine Homes has crafted this traditional timber frame mountain home, nestled on a cliff overlooking the Grenadier Mountain Range in Durango, Colorado. It strikes a perfect balance between intimate, quiet spaces and impressive entertaining areas, offering unparalleled vistas that are truly world-class. The location is a rare gem, perfectly suited for mountain living.
Natural materials were integrated into the design, inside and out. This includes large structural timber posts and beams, corrugated rusted metal, and Cedar Creek Stone. This dwelling does not disappoint with its views and was designed to capture those focal points from the numerous public and private areas, including the spa-like shower and soaking tub in the owner’s bathroom.
There are several outdoor spaces to enjoy the fresh air including multiple firepits, outdoor dining, a covered outdoor lounge area with a fireplace, and a custom cliffside hot tub location.

The interior living spaces are cozy and detailed with texture and style, enhanced with stone, substantial steel accents, and timbers throughout.
