The main level also encompasses the owner’s bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom features mesmerizing ocean views framed by a 17-foot expanse of pocket sliding doors.
The retreat extends into the bathroom, featuring his and her vanities and a large freestanding tub. The expansive shower is equipped with an almost 8-foot-long shower seat and welcomes natural light through a skylight positioned at the shower’s entrance, reflecting light on the darker tiles.
Continuing down the hall, you’ll come across the guest bedroom and an office, both with their own ensuite bathrooms.
The subterranean living space complements the outdoor areas, making them ideal for entertaining. The doors on the exterior open completely to facilitate a seamless connection between the game room and bar to the outdoor courtyards.
This level also houses a gym and a large theater room. In addition to the main hosting areas, the subterranean living quarters encompass three bedrooms, each complete with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets.
