This charming Spanish style home was designed by award-winning interior design firm Jette Creative, located in the heart of Los Angeles, California. The designers meticulously renovated this home, focusing on the kitchen, master bedroom suite and enhancing features throughout this home—increasing its charm. The design team used the existing features of the residence as their inspiration, adding exposed beams in the main living spaces.
Other design elements that were added to enhance the aesthetics of the interiors included: staining the wooden floors and adding encaustic tiles to the kitchen and bathrooms throughout. The exterior facade also received a facelift. Inspired by Mediterranean design, the structure had brand new stucco applied and then was repainted. The landscaping was given a complete overhaul, featuring verdant gardens that give the home fabulous curb appeal.
Before the designers completed the project, the homeowners requested that they also design a nursery, to welcome their first newborn son. They finished this additional request, along with the rest of this inviting residence, just in time for their child to make his appearance!
What We Love: This bright and airy Spanish style home features stylish living spaces and a warm color palette that is very appealing. White walls serve as a backdrop to the beautiful furnishings and accessories and light pops of color. Overall, the renovation offers the homeowners a complete refresh on their home with the addition of new materials to add warmth. We are loving the new look… how about you?
