In all, this home boasts 3,057 square feet of living space, including a 648-square-foot garage. There are also four bedrooms, six bathrooms a subterranean living, a home office, a game room, a media room, a roof deck, and a cabana.
The second floor is dedicated to the private areas of the home, providing a retreat-like atmosphere. The owner’s wing encompasses a spacious bedroom, a well-appointed bathroom, and a generously sized walk-in closet.
The owner’s wing also features an ocean-facing private deck, boasting breathtaking views. On the opposing wing of the home, there are two additional private bedrooms, each with its own closet and bathroom.
The top floor features two expansive viewing decks, offering stunning vistas on either side of the home. These decks are enhanced by a cabana and an inviting outdoor fireplace, creating a wonderful setting for entertaining guests or simply enjoying the beauty of the surroundings.
