Nestled along the picturesque waterfront, this extraordinary family retreat in Lake Sunapee, New Hampshire was reimagined by Charles R. Myer & Partners in collaboration with Kate Maloney Interior Design.

Situated on a prominent spot in Newbury, the once-neglected original 1920s Adirondack-style house and boat house have been meticulously restored to their former glory. The 1980s additions to the house have been taken down, making way for new additions that have been seamlessly incorporated.
