Deer Vista is a beautiful community that overlooks Jordanell Lake with a panoramic view of the Wasatch Front. This dwelling has been meticulously designed with unparalleled craftsmanship.
The exterior showcases an impressive Tesla Shingle Roof and rich, dark-stained timbers with barnwood siding, metal panels, and natural stone. The remarkable landscape design blends in beautifully with the surrounding native vegetation. All exterior concrete is equipped with snowmelt for a hassle-free winter.
Noteworthy: This mountain dwelling was featured in the 2022 Park City Showcase of Homes.
