Deer Vista is a beautiful community that overlooks Jordanell Lake with a panoramic view of the Wasatch Front. This dwelling has been meticulously designed with unparalleled craftsmanship.

The exterior showcases an impressive Tesla Shingle Roof and rich, dark-stained timbers with barnwood siding, metal panels, and natural stone. The remarkable landscape design blends in beautifully with the surrounding native vegetation. All exterior concrete is equipped with snowmelt for a hassle-free winter.

Noteworthy: This mountain dwelling was featured in the 2022 Park City Showcase of Homes.

Enter through the solid mahogany wood pivot door into this spacious floorplan that spans 6,289 square feet and features five bedrooms, five baths, and two half baths. Enjoy the warmth and comfort of the radiant heated flooring throughout the entire home.
