This beautiful seaside shingle-style home was designed by Geoff Chick & Associates, located in Panama City Beach, a waterfront town in northwest Florida. From the exterior facade, a grand, two-story entry porch greets guests into this dreamy coastal residence.
Created as a retreat for a mature family with multiple dogs, this dwelling boasts 6,335 square feet of indoor living space. On the exterior, there is an additional 2,069 square feet of covered outdoor spaces. This program called for a more formal beach house aesthetic, which would weather over time, but look timeless.

The interiors would completely reject the beach house style and assimilate a primary residence feel without sacrificing luxury. The site commands the intersection of a rare coastal dune lake and the Gulf of Mexico, with all rooms having a view of the water. The homeowner desired both large gathering spaces for entertaining, but also more intimate spaces for casual daily use.
What We Love: This seaside shingle-style home offers a family a wonderful retreat for relaxing and hosting guests. An appealing timeless aesthetic both indoors and out, living spaces are comfortable and relaxing with breathtaking water vistas from every room. Outdoor spaces are perfect for entertaining family and friends with a sumptuous swimming pool and an amazing panorama of the Flordia coastline.
