This stunning beach style home was designed by Geoff Chick & Associates in collaboration with local builder Chris Clark Construction, located in WaterColor, Florida. Atlanta-based interiors studio Robyn Prince & Marianne Temple was responsible for the elegant yet inviting interior design scheme of this beach house. The entire home is filled with sensational architectural details, remarkable craftsmanship and a bright and airy coastal vibe that will leave you speechless. What We Love: This serene beach house offers a soothing neutral color palette with beautiful pops of blues throughout. Set in an idyllic location, the surroundings of this home adds to the overall breathtaking aesthetic. Covered porches allows for inhabitants to relax and soak in the peaceful quietude of nature while enjoying fresh ocean breezes. I think the house is lovely BUT I think the backsplash material used in the kitchen is going to be a nightmare. What are you going to do when spaghetti sauce splashes on that rough porous surface??

My thoughts: Too much busy-ness going on the balconies; love love the bunkbed room; not sitting on a cold slab of marble to put my shoes on when I get out of bed; hate the metal staircase and that one black metal light fixture with arms the length of Florida, dang thing looks like a spider on steroids. Separate the kitchen, dining room and living area. Hate the way they all run together. Don’t want to smell brussel sprouts cooking while I watch TV or entertain. Seems cramped even with that horrid “open” style. Other than that, love most all… Read more »
