This stunning guesthouse designed by RG Architecture in collaboration with Total Concepts overlooks the Rutherford Bench area of Napa Valley, California. This compact 1,290 square foot (30 x 43) house comes complete with a small studio and plenty of outdoor living space. The small and cozy guesthouse, along with the studio, overlooks the vineyards of Napa Valley. The exterior features a standard stucco finish with a cement color.

What We Love: This incredible guesthouse is an idyllic retreat for hosting overnight guests. Offering spectacular views and beautiful landscaping, the outdoor spaces are an oasis. The interior of this guesthouse is just as wonderful, with an open layout and gorgeous kitchen. Would be nice to see the floor plan to see how the two buildings complement each other. Appears to be two bedrooms but cannot tell if there is one in each building or both are in same building. Any chance to get a sketch of floorplan?

I could quite happily make this beautiful guest house my main residence. At 1200+ sf, it’s plenty big enough. I love the layout inside and the finishings are exactly my style.
