This gorgeous rustic retreat was designed by Jeannie Balsam Interiors, located on Lake Travis, a reservoir on the Colorado River, in Austin, Texas. As one steps through the front doors, you are immediately greeted by an atmosphere of cozy warmth. Delightful living spaces can be found at every turn, with beautiful furnishings and accessories and a layering of textures. Although spaces seem to flow effortlessly in this home, there are plenty of opportunities to create more intimacy with sliding barn doors. Plenty of bedrooms and spacious living areas makes entertaining in this home a breeze. What We Love: There are so many eye-catching details throughout this gorgeous rustic retreat we don’t even know where to start! From the moment you step inside, you are enveloped with warmth. From the heavy use of wood accents, to the layers of textures and neutral color palette.
