Beach-chic home showcases inspiring living spaces in Corona Del Mar

This gorgeous beach-chic home was designed by Brandon Architects in collaboration with Patterson Custom Homes, located in Corona Del Mar, California. Nestled near Inspiration Point, this Eastern Seaboard-inspired estate is set on a fifty-five foot frontage of unobstructed ocean views. The project team worked with the homeowner’s to source the land, which was originally two separate lots hosting 1950’s beach bungalows. The bungalows were torn down due to decades of deterioration from the elements.

After working with consultants and the city, the dual properties were merged together to showcase this beautiful residence. Offering 4,761 square feet of living space, there are four bedrooms and six bathrooms. There is also a 733 square foot garage, an 854 square foot roof deck and motorized steel doors that leads out to a private backyard oasis. Ohara Davies-Gaetano Interiors was responsible for the material selection throughout this beach-chic home.

Blah…it’s like and off the shelf Wayfair house for the masses and I’ll be this house is really expensive. It looks like they are rammed and jammed into a suburban hell…but people will pay way too much for anything and then try and pass it off as something amazing.

It’s a suburban “hell” with a amazing ocean view on Ocean Boulevard in Corona del Mar, California. I don’t see too many masses living in houses like this unless you consider Shope Reno Wharton Architecture in Connecticut to be the masses because that was what inspired me.
