Originally this home was purchased with the intention of completely renovating it. Instead, it was determined that the home be fully torn down, leaving only the pre-existing basement. In total, there are five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a home office, theater room, game room, two bars and a home gym. Attached to the house is a 1,533 square foot garage.

Blackband Design was responsible for the selection of material finishes and furnishings, ensuring that every detail was meticulously engineered to create this one-of-a-kind work of art. This dwelling showcases some unique highlights, including: a salt water pool featuring infinity and zero edge sides with under water speakers, an 1,100 gallon aquarium, a subterranean living area featuring a home gym, theater room, bar and game room, and a bedroom suite with private elevator access that spans the entire third floor of the home.
