mediterranean-exterior

This Spanish-modern style showcase home was designed by Jauregui Architecture Interiors, located in Austin, Texas. Known as the Spanish Oaks Hacienda, this incredibly stunning modern design encompasses 9,000 square feet of functional living spaces. Natural light and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces helps to create a harmonious flow throughout this two-story home.

The interior layout of this residence consists of a great room with kitchen on main floor, flanked by the game room turret and guest room on the right, and the master bedroom turret and bath on the left. Upstairs are three bedrooms and large sitting area, all of which open to the wonderful terrace.

What We Love: This Spanish-modern style home was beautifully done, a dream home to inspire lots of creativity for the artist in all of us. The interior color palette is exquisite, making this home feel warm and inviting. An open floor plan allows for an easy connection between interior spaces. The outdoor living spaces are equally incredible, from the swimming pool to the decadent water features… Readers, please share with us your overall thoughts on the architectural design of this home in the Comments!

Wondering … does this home reflect mostly the owner or the architect?
