This gorgeous mediterranean style home was designed by LA-based design studio DISC Interiors. The residence is located in the Hollywood Hills, an affluent hillside neighborhood in Los Angeles, California. Throughout the interiors you will notice beautifully appointed furnishings and harmonious spaces. This older home that was recently renovated by the designers to introduce family-friendly, durable materials and updated design trends.
Light fills the rooms through well-placed windows, which also takes advantage of the nature-inspired views that surrounds the home. In the living room, furniture is grouped around a central fireplace. Wood flooring is covered by a textural area rug, sourced from Woven Accents in LA. Throughout you will find vintage scores, something the designers like to incorporate in all the homes they design.
A gray sectional sofa looks warm and inviting around a cozy ottoman that has been selected in place of a coffee table. Here you have several options for kicking up your feet to relax in this comfortable living space. Draperies help to soften the windows and keep out the warm sunlight during the summer months.
What We Love: This lovely mediterranean style home offers comfortable family living, with chic furnishings and fixtures throughout. We love all of the attention to detail and the vintage finds that adds personality to the spaces. Our favorite spot in the home would have to be the outdoor terrace with the jaw-dropping views over the lush Hollywood Hills… how about you, which feature of the home is your favorite and why?
