This fascinating apartment was designed as a modern bachelor pad by Ukraine-based Anton Medvedev Interiors, located in Kiev, Ukraine. This sleek pad offers its inhabitants clean lines and minimalist furnishings with industrial touches. Sliding glass doors in the living room leads out to a balcony offer picturesque views of a nearby park.

Wood flooring comprised of walnut adds rich texture and warmth to the apartment. The wood is repeated in other areas of the home, such as the kitchen breakfast bar, home office accent wall and wood slats in the entryway. Black cabinetry in the kitchen adds a striking contrast to the white walls that surrounds it.

The kitchen island is a combination of white cabinetry with a built-in walnut wood top that extends off the side, supported by metal framing. Spacious enough to entertain friends and family with seating for six. This kitchen is spacious and very functional, perfectly designed for the size of this apartment.

Black cabinetry against the wall creates a sleek, minimal aesthetic. Adding an industrial nuance to the space is the light fixtures. The wire pendant lights adds fantastic task lighting and a cool look to the space. A flooring change from the living area to the kitchen, seamlessly integrates from wood to tile, a more durable material for this space.

What We Love: This sleek, clean-lined modern bachelor pad features plenty of eye-catching details and clever, functional design. The traffic flow is very harmonious throughout, with a well thought out floor plan. Material elements contrast beautifully together. Apartments usually have a hard time gaining natural light, but not this one thanks to walls of glass in the living room and master bedroom. Overall, a fantastic design.
