The Hillside Snowcrest Residence is a rustic-modern ski-in, ski-out luxury chalet designed by Locati Architects, located in the exclusive Yellowstone Club, in Montana. The Yellowstone Club is a 13,600-acre private residential community set in the Rocky Mountains. The property boasts a ski lift right outside its front door, perfect for those with an affinity for downhill skiing. Surrounding the sprawling residence is a mountainous landscape studded by mature growth trees. The property offers plenty of outdoor activities throughout the year, making this home the ultimate retreat. This architectural masterpiece is one of Locati Architects latest American Spirit designs. Boasting the same timeless materials used on all of their projects, yet with a more clean and contemporary feel. This home was custom created in collaboration with New Jersey-based interior designer John Vancheri.

From the exterior facade, the residence is comprised of a mixture of timber and stone, creating a welcoming, rustic aesthetic. Spread out over two-levels, outdoor balconies provide plenty of areas to lounge and soak in the incredible surrounding vistas. On the upper level balcony, a stone clad fireplace allows the homeowners to entertain all year round. A barbecue offers a great way to cook up some fabulous meals after a day on the slopes. On the lower level patio, a jacuzzi can be enjoyed throughout the seasons, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
