This industrial style loft apartment is comprised of 130 square meters of living space, designed by interior designer Lev Lugovskoy, located in Moscow, Russia. This home is brimming with personality, showcasing soaring ceilings, exposed brick, wood beams, support structures and ductwork. Raw wood flooring is characteristic throughout most of the interiors, except for the bathrooms. A spacious open plan living space features comfortable seating arrangements, a piano space for entertaining family and guests and a projector screen for viewing movies. An island kitchen opens to an adjacent dining space featuring a four-sided fireplace, which no only infuses warmth into the space, it adds a touch of elegance to the homeowner’s dining experience. The interiors feel dark and moody, with walls punctuated with windows that emit enough lightย to illuminate the space, yet still needing fixturesย to create a unique ambiance to the space. We love this apartment, super cool furnishings, beautiful area rugs and a great mix of textures with brick, wood and leather, a great use of space! What do you think, what is your favorite feature of this intriguing industrial pad?
