This single story modern farm house was designed by Eric Olsen Design, located in Corona del Mar a town in the affluent city of Newport Beach, California. Situated in the sought afterย neighborhoodย of Irvine Terrace, this home is the essenceย of the Southern California coastal lifestyle. The home showcasesย an Italian rustic farm house aesthetic mixed with all the contemporary comforts and amenities. Comprised of 2,700 square feet of living space, the home encompasses three bedrooms, there-and-a-half bathrooms. The spacious great room is the heart of the home, with interior spaces emphasizing a greatย indoor-outdoorย connection. The kitchen and living room have french doors that spills out onto a meticulously landscaped backyard, as well as a patio on the side of the home designed for entertaining. There is also a home office for the architect to have the ability to work from home. There are some exceptional design elements that can be seen throughout the home, including reclaimed wood beam and accents, custom cabinetry, natural stone, wide plank wooden flooring and vintage lighting. The architect incorporated additional windows into the exterior facade of the home to help flood the interiors with natural light.
