Mashomuck Residence is two story contemporary beach house that was designed by Blaze Makoid Architecture, located in the coveted beach community of Sag Harbor, New York. Nestled on a stunning beachfront setting, this dream home offers unobstructed 180 degree views of unchanging vistas. The exterior facade is clad in wood and stone, surrounded by wonderful old trees and beach grasses. Upon entryway into the home, you are greeted by double height glass, diffusing natural light into the space.
Stylish and comfortable the interiors offers contemporary furniture arrangements inviting great conversation. The spacious living room is divided from the open plan kitchen and dining by a stone fireplace wall. On the beach facing side of the home, there is plenty of glazing to offer the homeowners sumptuous views of the ocean and lots of natural light. A wrap around terrace on the second level offers outdoor enjoyment for relaxation.
Off the living room are sliding glass doors that helps to blur the boundaries between indoors and out. Exiting through these doors leads to an expansive deck with a large swimming pool that feels like an extension of the ocean.
What We Love: This Sag Harbor beach house offers plenty of privacy with trees on one side and private beachfront access on the other. Luxurious amenities in a casual setting, this home offers the best of both worlds.
