This luxury warehouse apartment has been designed by Fine Edge Designs, located in Soho, a district in the west end ofย London, England, United Kingdom. The home underwent a complete transformation with several one-of-a-kind features incorporated throughout the interiors to create a really exceptional living space for its inhabitants. The highly skilled craftsmen were responsible for all of the custom designed cabinets, an audio visual unit in the living room, cupboard/wardrobe doors, steel resin sliding doors, an open shelving unit and the bathroom vanities and shower units. Scroll through the images below to see the finished results of this major undertaking.
In the living room image above you will notice both the sliding steel resin doors on a track system which closes the space off when privacy is needed and also adds a nice textural aesthetic to the space. The custom geometric cupboard doors in a matte lacquer finish can be seen to the right of the image.
A close-up of the steel door reveals a wall behind it covered with a mural of an enlarged map,ย adding color and texture to the space.
In the kitchen, a breakfast bar adds a convenient space to have a quick bite or enjoy a cup of coffee. A white subway tile backsplash creates a crisp, clean aesthetic, while exposed pipes on the ceiling adds to the industrial quality of the space.
An exposed brick wall in the dining area adds to the industrial aesthetic of the space, while a wall of open shelving provides plenty of functional space to store dishes and display decorative items. Industrial pendant lights over the table strung at varying lights also adds visual interest to the space.
The master bathroom features a beautiful custom designed walnut vanity unit. A wall of powder blue tiles with yellow grout lines creates a nice visual interest with the surrounding glistening white subway tile walls. It also creates a separation of space and privacy for a rain shower behind the vanity, enclosed by glass.
A steel resin door conceals a walk-in closet and master bathroom. To the right side of the image above you will notice geometric cupboard doors that have been finished in a matte lacquer.
